BlueHost.com uses CPanel 9 as their control panel. CPanel 9 has a very intuitive layout and is quite easy to use. Sometimes it can be overwhelming with all of the different icons that are available, but once you get used to CPanel, administration of your websites will become very simple. Support 
The Support provided by Bluehost is very consistent email & ticket responses occur in a friendly and timely manner. They also have live support via telephone if you need an immediate response. One small drawback is their documentation in their knowledge base, which we found it difficult to navigate through to find exactly what we wanted. What is the uptime like with the host. Do they have a backup system in place and how efficient is their recovery process. What about UPS? Do they have it. This will outline all of the preceding questions. In Summary All in all, Bluehost.com provides a very reliable web hosting service. They provide a great feature set and their plan has high data transfer and web space specifications. Their downfall may be because the don't have more than one plan and may not have a suitable hosting package for everyone.
