Control Panel 
Infinology has their own in-house control panel called "Infinology Master Control Panel". This control panel is updated quite often with new features and fixes that make it easier to administer websites. Infinology Master Control Panel is easy to use, and the navigation is made simple. Support 
Infinology's support is nothing to brag about. Their response times are very slow, sometimes not even getting back to their requests. The organization and communication of the support channels lacks, reflecting in their overall service. Although their email and ticketing support is less than perfect, they do have some documentation on how to use their Control Panel and FAQ's. Reliability 
Infinology's power is backed by two parallel-redundant 300KVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS system) and a 1.5 Megawatt turbo-charged diesel generator with 12 hours of diesel fuel on-site. All of our racks and cages are serviced by one or more 20 amp, 120 volt AC circuits. This UPS has been installed to constantly monitor and regulate the quality of power from the wall so it constantly receives the clean power it was designed for. Our UPS system provides immunity to energy spikes and surges experienced by the public sector. This ensures that there will be no interruptions in mission critical services. In Summary Infinology has its benefits, and its drawbacks. Their in-house Control Panel is a nice administration tool that is provided with all of their packages and is updated regularly. On the down-side, their feature set (including bandwidth and web space) is very bare and not nearly as cost-effective as the higher ranked hosting providers. Additionally, Infinology.com has a unreliable line of support that at times, can diminish the integrity of the overall company. Infinology receives an overall ration of 2.5/5. |
